SCARLETRED research to be presented at ESDR 2026

SCARLETRED's latest research will be presented at the 55th Annual ESDR Meeting 2026, taking place from September 9 to 12, 2026, in Heidelberg, Germany.
Recognized as Europe's leading conference for skin research and dermatological science, the ESDR Annual Meeting brings together scientists and clinicians from across the globe to exchange knowledge and advance the field of dermatology. This year's meeting, themed "Connecting Skin Science and Health," takes place in Heidelberg from September 9-12, 2026.
SCARLETRED is proud to present its latest research on objective skin typing and Epidermolysis Bullosa at the conference. The research highlights new findings in AI-driven skin imaging, analysis and disease severity scoring, powered by ARORA®AI - the proprietary AI agent behind the CE-certified Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) Scarletred®Vision.
The posters being presented at this year's meeting cover two areas of ongoing research: AI-driven classification of skin type from facial imaging, and AI-supported imaging and analysis methods for Epidermolysis Bullosa, advancing digital clinimetry and photometry.
Dr. Harald Schnidar, CEO and Founder of SCARLETRED, says:
“Having our research featured at ESDR is a strong recognition of the work that our team puts into advancing AI-driven skin clinimetry. We are excited to see this year’s theme, ‘Connecting Skin Science and Health’, reflected in the kind of interdisciplinary research we are contributing to.”
