Rather than licensing software or depending on specific hardware, partners gain access to a centrally operated and continuously validated medical device software platform, designed to replace subjective, hardware-bound approaches with objective, scalable digital measurement. By unifying standardized imaging, AI-powered analysis, and study-specific capabilities within a single platform, SCARLETRED delivers a secure, globally deployable infrastructure layer that sets a new benchmark for mobile clinical dermatology — surpassing legacy imaging software and hardware-based systems.

Our Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) operates on smartphones worldwide (iOS and Android)
enabling scalable, hardware-independent deployment and standardized, longitudinal data capture by both experts and patients. As a fully managed service, SCARLETRED delivers customized, end-to-end SaaS solutions — including optional provision of smartphones and mobile device management (MDM) support tailored to project specific regulatory requirements in clinical research (ICH-GCP, GDPR, EU AI Act, HIPAA).

How do I purchase Scarletred®Vision?

How is my data stored? 

Your data is safe on our online archive on our platform. You can re-analyse it as long and often as you want.

Can I take as many images as I want? 

There is no restriction in the number of images. We encourage you to take as many images as you can to provide a high-quality clinical imaging data set.

Can I upgrade my Imaging Package at any time?  

Yes. During or after the study, you can decide to upgrade to Analysis SaaS and/or AI SaaS.

Can I reuse my data for different trial phases? 

Yes. Your data is safe in our online archive. Your team can time travel retrospectively, even if Analysis or AI functionalities are enabled later.

Why do we provide fully customized PaaS for Real World Evidence? 

For special use cases, we provide customized end-to-end SaaS solutions, tailored to project-specific requirements. Depending on your specific service demand, we also offer fully customized Platform as a Service (PaaS) solution for highly scalable global and long-term patient facing applications.
